A Tuskegee Airmen Holiday Celebration and Fundraiser

The East Coast Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. invites you to attend our holiday fundraising event.  Proceeds support our Youth in Aviation Program and STEM Education Initiative. The event will be held on Sun. Dec. 15 th at the Riderwood Silver Spring (Maryland Hall) located at 3120 Greenfield Rd. Silver Spring MD 20904  Scheduled for 11- 1:30 pm. There is ample parking and handicap access. To purchase tickets, please visit the ECCTAI website at <www.ecctai.org>.  $75. Adults / $50  Youth / DOTAs Free

What are my parking options at the event?
Free self-parking is available in the parking lot. There is a handicap ramp.  Shuttle bus will be available from/to event parking area.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Yes. Please send an email to the event coordinator at dianemohr@yahoo.com to update your registration information.

Will I be able to purchase a ticket at the door?
Advance ticket sales are strongly encouraged to allow the caterer time to properly prepare.  Limited tickets will be available at the door -- CASH ONLY.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket receipt to the event.  Yes, please check in upon arrival.

What is the refund policy? Unfortunately, refunds are not available for this event. Any purchased but unused tickets will be considered donations to the East Coast Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen, Inc., a 501 c (3) organization.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Please email the event coordinator at dianemohr@yahoo.com with any changes to the registration information.

What is the dress code?
ECCTAI Members – Red Jacket event.
Guests: Holiday attire is preferred.
